* If this is a medical emergency or crisis situation, dial 911 immediately for assistance. Telemedicine is not appropriate for a medical, mental health, or behavioral health emergency. To receive this special introductory offer, (i) you must schedule the behavioral health demonstration to occur in January 2018 and (ii) your clients must sign up on or before March 31, 2018 to receive behavioral health services from MeMD for at least 1 year starting no later than April 1, 2018. If these conditions are met, each client's members will be eligible to receive free *initial* visits for the first 3 months of the client's contract and MeMD will forgo its standard PEPM fees for behavioral health those 3 months.
